Applications that come in complete

Parents apply from a phone or computer, with no account to create. Returning campers come back filled in and moved up a grade, so parents only update what changed.

The Applications list: each family's application with how it came in, what needs review, a possible match with a family already on file, and how they plan to pay.

A private link for every family

Each family has a private page. Parents use it to apply, update phone numbers, upload forms, answer permission slips and view invoices. New families start from your public apply page or your camp website.

  • The application has four short steps with a progress bar. Answers are saved as parents go.
  • Add your own questions, such as shul, swim level or shirt size.
  • Families choose a full summer, a half or their own days, with add-ons such as the bus or lunch, and see the price as they go.
  • Ask for a deposit or a card with the application, or collect payment later.
The camp's apply page on a phone, starting with what families should know before they apply: dates, the daily schedule and transportation.

Accept, wait-list or decline in a few clicks

New applications wait in one list with everything the family sent: the children, the family, how they plan to pay and the signed waiver. Possible duplicates of a family already on file are flagged before you accept.

  • Move campers from applied to accepted, wait-listed or enrolled.
  • The letter to the family is prepared for you to review and approve before it is sent.
  • Invoices are created from registrations, with the correct price for each grade and term.

Paper and email applications

For families who don't use the internet, email the application as a form they fill in on a computer and send back. It arrives in Applications automatically. A handwritten paper form can be scanned and read in, and is marked for you to check before anything is saved.

  • Print a blank registration form built from this season's grades, terms and permissions.
  • Print or download each family's registration summary as a PDF.

Forms, permissions and documents, tracked per camper

Request the medical form and the insurance card. Collect permission slips with a typed name and the exact wording the parent saw. Build your own forms for trips, health updates or surveys. See who is missing what, and remind only those families.

Building a permission slip: the form's title, season and who fills it in, and its questions, each asked once per family or for each camper.

Returning families, imported and invited back

Import last year's families from a spreadsheet. Review every row before it is saved. Then see which returning families haven't signed up yet, each with a ready message that includes their own sign-up link.

Questions about registration

Do parents need to create an account?

No. Each family has its own private link from the office. New families start from your apply page.

Can we add our own questions to the application?

Yes. Add your own questions for families, campers or registrations, and use the answers in lists, filters, printouts and messages.

What about families who don't use the internet?

Email them the application as a form they fill in on a computer, print a paper form, or enter the application from the office.

Can a family apply for several children at once?

Yes. One application covers all the children in the family, each with their own grade and session.

Do returning families have to retype everything?

No. Returning campers come back with last year's details filled in and moved up a grade. Parents only update what changed.

Can we take a deposit with the application?

Yes, if you choose. Ask for a deposit or a card with the application, or collect payment later.

What happens when we have more applications than room?

Wait-list the campers you can't take yet, and accept them when a spot opens. The letter to the family is prepared for you to approve before it is sent.

Can we import last year's families?

Yes. Import them from a spreadsheet and review every row before it is saved. Then see who hasn't signed up yet, with a ready message for each family that includes their own link.
