A page parents can use without calling the office
Each family gets its own private page, with no password to remember. Parents see what is still to do and complete it from their phone.
Everything a parent needs, in one place
Parents register their children, upload the medical form, answer permission slips and forms, update phone numbers and choose how they hear from camp. They see their invoices and statements, and pay by card or bank account if you accept online payments.
- A list of what is still to do this summer, at the top of the page.
- "How do I…?" answers parents' questions about using the page, so fewer parents call the office.
In English or Yiddish
Turn on Yiddish, and each family chooses its language. Their page, the apply page, your letters and their statements appear in Yiddish, right to left. The office stays in English.
Parents on filtered internet
Your camp website loads nothing from outside sources. The help guides explain exactly what to tell parents who use a filtering service, so their family page opens.
Questions about family pages
How do parents get to their page?
Each family has its own private link, which you send by email or text. New families start from your apply page.
What if a link is shared by mistake?
Create a new link for that family from the office. The old link stops working.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. The family page opens in the browser on any phone or computer, with no password and nothing to install.
Can parents read their page in Yiddish?
Yes, if you turn on Yiddish. Each family chooses its language, and their page, the apply page, your letters and their statements appear in Yiddish, right to left.
Can parents pay on their page?
Yes, if you accept online payments. Parents see their invoices and statements and pay by card or bank account, in full or in scheduled payments.
Does it open on filtered internet?
Yes. The help guides explain exactly what to tell parents who use a filtering service, so their family page opens.
